Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with large corporate clients, understanding their strategic objectives and financing needs.
  • Lead end-to-end credit structuring, including proposals, term sheets, risk assessment, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with product teams to offer cash management, trade finance, working capital, and treasury services.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, assess risk, and ensure timely renewal of facilities; manage delinquencies if any.
  • Ensure KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance for all client interactions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver a superior client experience.
  • Prepare periodic client reviews and present credit and revenue opportunities to stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or credit analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow modeling, and financing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills; ability to interact with senior executives.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients.
