Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver robust software on time and with quality at scale.
- Lead code reviews, write clean, well-documented code, and implement automated tests and monitoring.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions, optimize performance, and help shape CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL, plus familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
