Responsibilities

- Coordinate with project teams on timelines, budgets, and quality assurance; prepare progress reports for senior management and regulators.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract management, and performance monitoring; manage FATs and performance guarantees for electrical systems.
- Drive optimization of energy efficiency and reliability improvements; troubleshoot field issues and participate in commissioning trials.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/BTech) from a recognized university is required. Candidates should possess 8-12 years of relevant experience in electrical design, power transmission and distribution, and project execution. Post-graduate specialization or an MBA in operations is desirable but not mandatory.
